Exchange or return

Within 14 days you can indicate whether and which products are being returned. After the return notification you have 14 days to return your order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it

- A return will only be accepted and credited if it meets the conditions stated above.

The shipping costs of the return shipment of relevant items are for your own account. I recommend that you send the product(s) with a track & trace code, so that there is no uncertainty about whether or not the returned products will arrive.
As soon as I have received the return shipment (in accordance with the conditions stated above), I will credit the amount of the products within 5 days.

When you return the order unstamped, I am forced to charge costs of € 12.50.

If you want to exchange a product, you can return the current product and you must place a new order with the product you would like to receive.

If your product shows (unexpected) defects, please contact me. Then I try to find a suitable solution.
